How you pay

To join us:

  • Make a deposit payment of USD 250 to secure your place for our next intake
  • The balance is due in full six weeks before the retreat start date

If you prefer, following payment of the deposit, the balance may be paid using a payment such as Afterpay. Please feel free to talk to us about how this can be arranged.

Our cancellation policy

  • Any cancellation made more than one month before the start of the retreat will be refundable, less the deposit.
  • Any cancellation made less than one month before the start date of the retreat will result in the loss of the payment
  • Any cancellation made no less than 2 weeks before the start date of the retreat we will offer a replacement place at a future retreat
  • We reserve the right to postpone the retreat if it is not meeting our minimum numbers
  • If we are obliged to cancel the retreat for any reason your payments will be refunded in full.
