Cornmeal Fried Fish with Lime

Take 5 ingredients

Fish - Allow a palm sized serving per person

1 or 2 Limes

1/2 cup Sour Cream

3 tablespoons Sweet Chilli Sauce

1/2 cup Cornmeal


Toss the fish in a bag with the cornmeal, salt and pepper. Fry in a big splash of hot oil. Grate the lime and squeeze the juice into the sour cream along with a splash of chili sauce. Serve alongside the fish.
