How you pay
To join us:
- Make full payment or a deposit of NZ$500 to secure your place
- 50% of your balance is due by 28th Feb 2024
- The balance is due in full by 31st March 2024
If you prefer, following payment of the deposit, the balance may be paid using a payment such as Afterpay. Please feel free to talk to us about how this can be arranged.
If you elect to pay in full we will be happy to give you a free room upgrade to a suite. Three are just three available.
Our cancellation policy
- Any cancellation will result in a loss of the NZ$500 deposit.
- Any cancellation made before 31st January will result in a refund of payment made, less the deposit.
- Any cancellation made between 1st and 28th Feb will result in a loss of 50% of the price, less the deposit.
- Any cancellation made after 31st March will result in a total loss of the price, less the deposit.
- We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your payments will be refunded in full).
- Cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.
